Where We Ship

We currently ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (US48) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. International shipping is not currently available.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped to eligible physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (US48). Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or P.O. Boxes. No minimum order value is required.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days for eligible addresses within the contiguous United States (US48). Total time from order placement to delivery is generally the processing time plus the delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update.

Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times depending on product availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at sales@tollinton.store, and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at sales@tollinton.store with your order number, and we will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or provide an appropriate resolution.
