We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at Tollinton.store.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- In its original packaging
You will also need your order number or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at sales@tollinton.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not ship any item back to us before contacting us first.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions for sending your item back.
Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for your return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we will provide a free return shipping label.
- Change of mind or no longer wanted: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Free return shipping labels, where applicable, are available only for eligible return addresses within the contiguous United States (US48).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@tollinton.store with your order number and a photo of the item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care or hygiene items (such as grooming products that have been opened or used)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items and gift cards

Product Use Disclaimer
As a small business, we carefully select the pet products we sell because we believe they are safe, durable, and well made. However, every pet is different—size, strength, chewing habits, and play style all vary—and we cannot guarantee how a product will hold up once it has been used by your pet.
For this reason, any item that has been used, chewed, worn, or exposed to your pet (including but not limited to toys, beds, collars, and grooming tools) is not eligible for return once used, even within the 30-day window. We always recommend supervised use and inspecting products regularly for safety.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have, and once that return is approved, place a new order separately for the item you would like instead.
Refunds
Once we receive photos or details of your return request (and the item itself, if a physical return is required), we will review it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@tollinton.store.
